Excellent Technician
Knowledgeable in Heat Pum maintanence and repair. Adam was on time and notified me of his arrival. Charges were as expected. Learned new information about my heat pump operation.

I have a home warranty so I thought my hot water heater would be covered- not the case- my bad for not reading the fine print. I found this out when I called the number and spoke with "Karen" who read from a script and was unable to give me an emergency appointment even though my water heater was leaking all over the floor and I was pretty sure from basic knowledge and it's age that it was shot. She failed to let me know that the person coming was only a repair person and would not be able to replace my water heater, should I need that service (even though I had them out earlier in the summer for a leak that they could not find the source of, which did turn out to be this bigger leak and eventually the demise of my water heater) so I waited nearly 2 weeks for the service appointment- taking showers at at family's houses when we could and doing dishes with boiled water- only to find out that we still had to call someone else to finish up the job. Still had to pay them a service fee for nothing. Thomas was kind and knowledgeable and amazing, though. He felt bad that there was really nothing he could do to help because Karen over in her call center did not disclose full information or explain things fully. Way to further the Karen nickname, "Karen."

The air conditioner was not working and it had gotten to 85 degree inside the house. We changed the filter and it started cooling a little. The technician came out and checked the air conditioner. She was very thorough in explaining everything she checked out.
