Tarek worked very hard to service our two electrical furnaces and air conditioners. He was very kind to my husband who is in a power chair. He went above and beyond to do the best job he could and we were very impressed and appreciative. We want him all the time!

This Service representative was very good in his customer service skills. He listened to our needs and acted upon the solid principles of offerings solutions to us. Rather than ignore, dismiss, and make excuses for Sears Services mistakes. We recommend he be a role model for other Sears service personnel. He was the first person from Sears after 9 days of no hot water that gave us hope . Being Senior citizens we felt Sears ignored our phone calls, patronized us with empty promises and dismissed our needs . All this after we paid for a service plan ??? Our question is why is Sears in the service business to service appliances if they don't want to anymore???Anyway thank you to this gentleman for his kindness and sincere support on a upside down fiasco of 9 days of repairing a simple hot water heater .
