Great technician
If only the customer service we receive when calling for service was as good as the service your techs provide in person... John is wonderful. He's always friendly and professional. He knows what he's doing which makes the terrible phone experience I have EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL a little easier to deal with.

Ronald showed up, opened the condenser unit and immediately saw a burnt cable that was supposed to be on the solenoid coil. He pulled a new one out of his parts bin and my AC was back in business. Overall it took him 15 min and I was enjoying cold air once again. Super professional and got the job done in record time.

Technician did what he supposed to do, but scheduling dept didn't, I was setup for today to do all services needed to be done but only one tech showed up to do one appliance and no others. You need to work on your scheduling department to do better job.

I am happy with the service tech's work and he has provided necessary checks to our furnace as winter preventative maintenance. The service & testing appointment was done in less than 1/2 hour the tech arrived within 15 min of his estimate. Overall I am satisfied with the service performed.
