Great Service Technician
This is the second time we got John service call. Both times the experience was great. You are in good hands with John.

Technician rating -5 he was knowledgeable of the problem and efficient in his work. My only problem was with the period from when I reported the problem to Sears (Aug 14th) until the completed service (Aug 30th). 16 days w/o hot water was not acceptable customer service.
