Scheduled day before by sears and technician stated he was off on Mon . Although sears had accepted date I scheduled on line for Mon. We waited always and recieved no contact until 4:30 by sears That technician coming today Tuesday. Which he was herecearly and good service.

He performed a complete inspection my HVAC system and promptly identified the problem. He shared his observation and pictures of the defective part. He informed me and managed my expectation by sharing the repair process. Additionally, he proactively measured the system to share with the installation team to expedite ordering the replacement parts.
