Carrier maintance
All went well after the service technician arrived very late. My estimated time was between 1 and 5 he arrived at 6 p.m. He said someone called in sick so they were short a man. Sears needs to shorten the estimated time period to a 2-hour estimate time period instead of a 4-hour time period.
