Sean did a thorough inspection of my furnace. He explained to me what was not working on the furnace and his decision of the action to be taken about repairs. While I don't know anything about a furnace insides Sean was patience explaining the problem to me.

Hai worked vigorously and efficiently to fix the problem. He quickly identified the malfunction, replaced the defective part, and checked out the system operation thoroughly afterward. He assiduously cleaned the internal working area of the furnace, closed it up and dealt with the resulting paperwork. Overall excellent, knowledgeable and efficient work. Highly recommend him.

tried various "repair" companies. when it comes to truly getting your problem resolved, it definitely comes down to the technician who's assigned to your problem. bad experiences can cause one to be frustrated with a new company, even before they start. first time with sears. it is well now. if I have a problem again, only send Jayshawn. he demonstrated patience and knowledge about wiring, thermostats, and hookups. finally, after three months of no heat, I have heat.
