Odell was here for routine inspection and preparation of our furnace for the coming winter. There had been an administrative mixup in terms of what was going to be serviced, and what was going to be looked at. That involved a lengthy phone conversation with three separate Sears scheduling offices. The administrative confusion persisted. However, when he came to the house, he corrected the whole matter in a couple of minutes. Then he thoroughly inspected And cleaned the furnace, humidifier and electronic filter. He explain things to me and my wife very well. He was patient, friendly, courteous, thorough, and very professional. He had to move a few things out of the way to get to the the unit in my basement and was very careful with those things and very careful putting them back where you found them. He was very careful to clean his work area when he was done. My gas furnace and air conditioning units are from Sears and under a Sears warranty. Our home is about 80 years old. We have lived here for 37 years. The furnace and A/C and warranty have turned out to be an excellent investment. Those two units were purchased about 35 years ago and we have had the Warrenty since then. Excellent value. Thank you Mr.Sears.

The techs who came were good, just a recurring issue! The biggest pain was trying to get a person to talk to when needed help. Very difficult, so not happy with customer service, used to be much better.
