Service heating unit
Once Jonathan arrived he proceeded to the unit and proceeded to do his job with no hesitation. Once he finished the outside of the house with the unit he checked what he needed on the inside. I was very pleased with this service.

the technician did his job. however, this service contract is just simply not worth the money I am paying. too many loop holes. I was informed that it would be an additional 49 if I wanted the tech to vacuum the heater. That is just ridiculous. I could get service done for that amount without a service warranty contract. I will be canceling the service contract because it is worthless. you people should be ashamed of yourself taking advantage of people like that.
