Solomon F advised us that the system's Defrost Board is no working. His proactive advice to order a new one will avoid potentially freezing nights if snow and ice accumulate due to a faulty defrost board. Excellent work.

Jermaine was awesome. He assessed the situation, went to work in replacing the parts that needing replacing. He was professional, knowledgeable and we even had a few laughs while he was fixing my air conditioner. If I ever need Sears service I will asking for Jermaine again . He was wonderful and is an asset to your company . Thanks, Jermaine, you fixed the problem and made my day.

Rich was very personable, explained procedures, while suggesting he is relatively new, but would get back with me immediately if he was mistaken about anything. He was thorough and explained what is needed for repair. Waiting on part. Whoever hired him did a great job. Kudos kudos kudos!
