Sears maintenance
Victor was on time, very knowledgeable on the heating system shared additional information that will help me determine what additional items to purchase for the heating system. He was very respectful and I think he did a great job on the maintenance of my gas heater.

He was great. The upgraded tracking system caused a few extra trips though. He shouldn't have had to make an extra trip just to be able to track the part needed from earlier visits.
