Alex called me prior to coming to my house to give me an estimate of his arrival time. He was pleasant, professional and informed me of what he was going to do. When he finished, he let me know there was no problems with my furnace and I should make a follow up call next year.

Came early enough in the day that I could get on with the rest of my day - thank you. Elbert was polite, knowledgeable, willing to answer questions. When i talked to the person who set up the appointment, I stressed that i have a gas Boiler. All the correspondence said forced air gas furnace. Also, today I got a notice about an appointment for tomorrow. I tried respond to the call to tell no appointment, but could not!!! I hope that no one shows up here tomorrow!!!
