The arrogance of your 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM scheduled appointment time is indefensible! That said, Romany arrived before 10:00 AM and completed his work quickly, so no complaints about him or his work.

The technician who provided the seasonal maintenance for our unit was excellent. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. The process to schedule appointments for seasonal maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. We have 2 systems, but online will only let you schedule 1 and more if you have 2 or more systems m. When I called and spoke with the Sears/Cinch rep, she told me the second system was added. When the technician arrived today, 10/17, he only had 1 system scheduled for maintenance. The same thing happened for the Spring 2023 seasonal maintenance. This is a problem that should be corrected.
