Sam is a people person first of all, he is very knowledgeable and he takes his time in explaining what the problem is regarding the gas boiler, and what has to be done after doing an inspection of the gas boiler, and what will be needed to repair it. Sam is very good at what he does. So, I give Sam a 5 star rating on his service.

Mr Perkins arrived on time, he listened to what I had to share, he went right to work, updated me on what he was doing and what needed to be done. He also gave me instructions on if this problem would occur again. The things I needed to do 1st before calling for a repair.
