I was pleased with Aaron's service. However I am VERY ANGRY with your Customer Service department. As a precaution for hackers, advertisers and other elements in today's society, I am not interested in having apps from 50 etc. companies on my computer and will not sign in to them. There are MANY OTHERS like myself who cannot reach a HUMAN BEING to ask questions. I STRONGLY SUGGEST that your company also follow the rule of others, in having access to a human being after the other options installed on your phone lines!!!

Ronald was AMAZING! Very professional and took time to explain to me what needs fixed by an electrician for my breakers, as well as showed me what part was causing issues. He replaced my ancient thermostat and showed me how to use the new one. Very kind and definitely someone you feel comfortable having in your home alone with you as a woman, which is a HUGE compliment to Ronald.
