Jeremiah showed up promptly as usual. Unfortunately, the window A/C that he came to repair was not acting up when he tested it so nothing could be done. It has to be malfunctioning when the service technician is with the unit for the repair to be covered. I would also welcome a professional and courteous technician like Jeremiah into our home to make repairs.

The tech was great, professional and very nice. However, my 1st appointment was canceled last week after I sat around from 8am-1pm then they called to cancel. Rescheduled and asked a tech btw 8-12. Person on the phone said that would work. Today, I called and found out it was moved btw 1:30-3:30. It would be nice if I received a call of the time change as I again sat here waiting. Can't seem to speak to an actual person. Very annoying

Wow. Carlos came to my house to fix a furnace that stopped responding to the thermostat. He was meticulous in his troubleshooting and he explained everything to me (b/c I was curious). He was so respectful, he took his time to make sure he didn't miss anything and put everything back to its proper place at the end. He was also an enjoyable conversationalist. Excellent experience!
