The technician, he call upon arrival, and greeted us kindly. He appeared to know his work, he let us know when he was leaving and asked if there was any questions. His service was awesome.

All you need to SUCCESSFULLY do your job is to be thorough, honest, obviously knowledgeable, and leave area/equipment as good (if not better) than how you found it. With ELBERT, you get that PLUS courtesy, polite and friendly. Go ahead and send him our way mid-April to inspect/service our AC .
