Furnace is 28 years old and the burner was not coming on. It finally decided to start working for William when he arrived. William did several check of the Furnace off and on. He also did tests of the system like CO2, gas line pressure, etc. Everything checked out ok - within recommended parameters.

Paul B was the best technician I have had since the unit was installed in 2017. He took time to explain somethings to me that appear not to have been done on previous maintenance with same company. Also advise some unit saving tips to ensure longevity of the unit. Very personable and polite. Quick and efficient.

Technician arrived after a notification was sent to my husband's phone instead of the phone given to warranty personnel to use. (Husband is in Illinois). His paperwork stated my heater wasn't working rather than he was on a maintenance call. From there everything went smoothly.
