Eric was extremely knowledgeable. Checked our heat pump, the outside capacitor and the air handler and the capacitor in the attic. . He recommended replacing the outside capacitor. Before he left, he answered all questions that I had. It was a pleasure to have him in my home. Working with Sears has been a good experience.

Brian was capable prompt and ifriendly. He corrected, the problem. There may still be an issue with the thermostat about. We won't know until it's run a couple of days but my heat is working.And he did it very timely, and I give him a five star rating.
