James showed up right on time. He was able to perform the inspection and testing in our narrow utility space just off the laundry room despite the Kenmore Water Softener which makes access to the water heater controls a challenge. He worked efficiently and provided the full report to the Sears Protection Plan Team. James explained the buyback option and gave a solid recommendation for a reliable replacement.

I have had my unit serviced twice a year for the pass eight years, and this is the first time that a technician has been this thorough. They checked and tested the electrical component for the yearly maintenance check-up and his trainee received an excellent orientation.
