Sears Tech Furnace repair
Arturo A. Service repair Technician who came out to our home to check our furnace that has not been working properly. Arturo diagnosed the issue got our parts from the ware house & came back right away to fix our furnace & is working great now. Arturo A. Was very friendly, professional, great customer service he was great ! Arturo A. went above & beyond to get our furnace fixed thank you so much what a life saver !!

Ismael Q was awesome-he listened to concerns-tried his best to repair but furnace is unrepairable. He recognized the number of calls on the unit-followed thru on contacting the protection agreement devision and set up for replacement of unit. After over a year of multiple call and service techs-Ismael fully followed thru. Thank you Ismael.
