I had a chance to work with Mick second time since I started to work with Sears. He diagnoses the problem at once and solves it on the spot. He is kind, competent, and experienced. Sears should ask him to give training to other technicians and promote him as the best technician ever.

ROMANY IS NOT ONLY A CONSOMATE PROFESSIONAL, BUT A VERY NICE, PLEASANT PERSON, ON TOP OF THAT. HE ARRIVED EARLY, PROMPTLY DEALT WITH, AND EFECTED THE REPAIR, AND EXPLAINED WHAT THE THE PROBLEM WAS. HE IS A TRIBUTE TO YOUR COMPANY. I WISH MY EXPERIENCE WITH CHOICE HOME WARRANTY WENT AS SMOOTHLY AS ROMANY'S REPAIR DID. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR RESPONSE TIME TO MY PROBLEM.

I have no problem with this tech. He was friendly and courteous. Took my issue with concern then explained to me exactly what is wrong. My issue is with the follow up tech CINCH sent out because they didn't want to take Odaine's word.
