Hai diagnosed the problem ordered on the part and returned in 2 business days as promised to fix my furnace. His communication and skills to fix the problem aligned to our needs. Sears needs more skilled technician to follow through. I am hopeful that I will not have issues in summer with my AC and that the furnace continues to work.

James arrived when he said he would and went straight to work. He found the problem quickly, changed the thermostat and all was well. I have 2 zones and my fear is the other thermostat has gone bad as well.
