The wait time to speak with a representative needs to improve . 1 1/2 hour wait time is unacceptable. appointments should not be scheduled over a week out and be rescheduled without a reason the evening before appointment.

John the technician arrived at the appointed time and in no time diagnosed the issue. He showed me and explained the exact nature of the problem and also of the repair.
