Eustaquio arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and determined that the water heater is not repairable. He completed and submitted the requisite forms, and advised me that I would receive a follow-up call regarding replacement. Hopefully, the follow up will be as satisfactory as Eustaquio's visit.
