He was excellent. He is a 5. Your response to my claim was lousy. I placed this repair request April 29. Today is August 6. You tell me if I'm happy. I've had no a/c since April 29. Today, August 6. I have it again. I lost hours at work each time someone was scheduled. I lost about 20 hours at approximately $400 in lost wages.

Solomon, arrived promptly and got to work, I explained that the condenser would not start and he verified the capacitor and start to troubleshoot pregmatically and narrow it down to the 30 Amp fuses had been blow. He was very professional about the process and even though cost wise it's a very cost efficient solution I could have replaced he explained to me the power flow so in the future I know what to consider and request his assistance for more critical issues. Welcome his services in the future, thanks
