I was very impressed with the way Anthony kept me updated on where I was on his schedule by texting me. Your service had given me a window of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Anthony sent me an update that he had 2 stops before me, but hoped to be here by 11:30. Then he sent me a text that he would be here in approximately 50 minutes, and he showed up in 30 minutes. I felt like I really mattered, and that was the first time I felt that way since this whole furnace thing started with Choice Home Warranty. I have had 2 other technicians from 2 different companies and neither of them gave me the respect that Anthony did; and this furnace problem has been going on since November 1, 2025. After looking at my furnace, and telling me and my son what was going on with it, why it wasn't working correctly, he said he was going to call Home Choice and get approval and would let us know before he left if they approved it or not! He went out to his truck and did just that! Unbelievable! I had about given up that anyone would be able to solve my furnace problem. I would give Anthony a 100 stars if I could! He is a very reliable, professional, pleasant young man to work with and I would recommend him to anyone with a furnace problem.

Sergio was definitely knowledgeable, but I am frustrated with both Choice Home Warranty and Sears Home Services that, after waiting for a week for the first available appointment, they sent a company that doesn't even deal with water sourced heat pumps. I had noted "water sourced", as well as the Trane model number, in the service request.
