Great service
Adrian did a great job when doing a preventative maintenance check on my heating and AC unit. He was very professional, pleasant & informative as to the upkeep of the unit.

Corenelius did excellant work. Very through with his job. Problem didn't reflex on his job but with SEARS . From day 1 --Sept16th until today Sept. 26th, i am very disappointed in the response of Sears in getting my problem fixed. I went in to Email over & over trying to get to a REAL person to explain the problem. Only until i changed the date on my repair job did i get a response(no real person). People DON'T want to talk to Mechanical Monkey. You can't explain problems to METAL objects.
