I can't say enough good things about Clevens with Sears Warranty! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Clevens arrived right on time, was professional, and explained everything clearly before getting to work. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with our heating system. Not only was the repair done efficiently, but Clevens also took the time to provide tips for maintaining the system to avoid future problems. Sean was a very nice mannered young man. He listened to me when I told him what was happening with the furnace. He seemed to know his job. He did a diagnostic of the furnace and found a problem. I hope that was the problem. He fixed what he found. I'm waiting to see what's going to happen. If anyone has to come back PLEASE, PLEASE, let him be the technician. Thank you!!!!!!
