Heater is still working
Solomon, Was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and he should be commended. He is a true professional and a reflection of what a Sears Technician should be. Gary was exceptional .. 6 other technicians couldn't diagnose the problem. Gary was able to identify the problem by the sound of the motor.. he ordered the part and within 5 minutes installed it .. truly above and beyond service

Adrian was a great technician and fully explained everything. His service was very professional and took care of business as soon as he got here. We had a pleasant experience with them. However, Sears customer service has no way to get in touch with a human representative to ask questions to. Our appointment was rescheduled 3 times with no explanation or phone call after the scheduled appointment was supposed to have taken place costing me pay for a day of work that was taken off for the appointment.

Ajwad was courteous and professional. He worked to diagnose the fault on my water heater, handled the warranty coverage for the required part, searched for the part throughout different stores in the area, and finally drove over an hour to pick up the part and finally fix the appliance. It's all greatly appreciated, especially around Christmas time!

The technician was knowledgeable and explained the issue in layman's terms. Even though the furnace displayed no problems at his arrival I was thankful for his reassurance if the furnace malfunctioned again that it would be a covered service.
