Elbert was wonderful!!! He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part and came back as quickly as he could. We really appreciate all he did. Our furnace went out on Sunday and he had it fixed by Thursday morning. Please let him know how much we appreciate him.

Gary was polite & knowledgeable. He had been to my property once or twice. In the past and remembered Where the water heater was and took care of the problem with only 5 minutes after I waited 3 weeks to get the part that never came and spent about 40 hours on the phone. Try and get this problem resolved over three weeks. The first technician did not bring the parts, as I had instructed scheduling to have him do add when he closed out. The service order it canceled. My part making me wait 3 weeks. Until Gary finally came out. Is the worst nightmare of dealing with any company in my life? But Gary was a one Great person. And deserves a raise. If all your other employees were like that in follow directions, you would have a great company, but you don't. I give Gary a 10 out of 10I give Sears. Overall, negative one.
