The tech was great but It took two weeks to get my heating repaired by sears. There is no way to communicate with customer service and all responses are automated and through text messages. Very poor cutomer service.

Stanley came out today was very honest and very good work I called him he told me that you have to call in about what was going on very on time communicated very well worked very excellent and very concerned and came when he said he was coming and communication was very respectful I was refer to using again cuz he's very on time and communicating very good thank you so much it was worth it my my furnace

The first technician Nate did not completely diagnose my furnace which resulted in two additional repair visits by Mouhamed. Mouhamed and another technician were thorough and efficient. I am thankful to the both technicians.
