I don't know what you are talking about
The first technician Nate did not completely diagnose my furnace which resulted in two additional repair visits by Mouhamed. Mouhamed and another technician were thorough and efficient. I am thankful to the both technicians.

My technician Clevens D. was communicative, kind, professional and knew exactly how to fix my HVAC problem. I waited all day in a very cold house the first go around when I first ordered and payed for the service. I understood later that inclement weather was the first no show. (Understandable). Poor communication was the biggest problem. I have had my warranty for serial years. Easy to book on line now but if there is an issue I am now unable to reach the provider myself for answers. Telephone numbers given go to call centers. I find those you speak to are polite and are able to make you a new appointment after a "no show" or read the same thing back to you that I can read myself on the same Sears or "Cinch" site. Several times the service said "completed". when it wasn't. Many times I have tried to take my landline telephone off of my profile (It was discontinued months ago). My only phone is my cell which I changed on the web site. This is my only contact. I have also asked the call center agents to be sure of this also as I suspected it might be the issue with several no shows in the past for furnace maintenance. Perhaps they couldn't text me or call in the morning of the confirmed appointment. Perhaps the tech thought that there was no one home.

Steven , your employee was very polite very neat and clean came in checked my water heater did everything he was supposed to unexpected to. If I had a business I would hire him in a heartbeat very nice young man.
