Brett was so patient and thorough in checking and making sure my furnace will be safe to operate and made an appropriate diagnosis. He was truthful and kind, even apologetic that we don't have heat with a toddler at home. I always rely on SEARS because of integrity and professionalism. Keep up the good work!

Mr. Severino represented Sears professionally by focus on Carrier Thermostat black-out problem that clause 4-weeks without heat in two-level home. He identified problem and fixed it in one home visit unlike previous Sears technician over 3 weeks.
