My experience with Mister Cesar was great. He even suggested that the part that needed to be replaced be updated to the latest part for my unit. Now we have heat and everything is running super. He also informed me that this part should last even longer, so if I was gonna to rate Mister Cesar I would rate him a 10 for the highest quality of service. Thanks Sears.
