He arrived on time. Very polite. Explain what is causing the problem. Explain couple of problems that may have to be replace in future,the estimate cost or a new furnace.

Tony diagnosed the issue pretty quick. Apparently due to an issue with an electrical switch on the exterior of the furnace. Which is outside the scope of his furnace repair responsibilities. He figured a work around for the switch issue and will arrange for an electrician to be dispatch. He will be available for a call back if furnace issues arise.
