Too bad Sears, in general, isn't as great as Darrin. One of the oldest companies in US, and your phone people, and the way you do things is TERRIBLE!!!! I just retired and our company knew how to track ordered parts, knew to call to reschedule instead of just throwing it out to a customer. WOW! How did you get such a great tech?

He was great, dryer wasn't heating and advised to have vents cleaned and if after that they still aren't drying to call back. Cleaned throughly today and dryer still doesn't dry clothes but is servearllly hot on top. Please arrange to Come back
