Joel came early in the morning and found the problem. Had to order the part he needed and within a week our Dishwasher was fixed Joel doesnt waste time and answers any Questions you have Very Satisfied

Technician Justin I is kind, courteous and does his job in spite of Sears home services not sending all the parts he ordered all at one time. Today is November 12th 2025, and I scheduled an appointment October 17th. Sears, not the technician, is so irresponsible and inconsiderate to me and my family of 7 who need our appliance. I'm 85 years old!! This is so unacceptable. The technician is only doing his best with what is given to him to repair my appliance.
