Daniel was great
The service Daniel gave me was exceptional. He rang the doorbell and waited to be let in. Once inside, he was very professional with his mannerisms and work ethic. He repaired my washer and ran a full load cycle in order to see if the parts that were replaced worked. After he finished, he exited my apartment politely. The only thing I wish he would've done is take the broken Parks in the box with him to throw away in the dumpsters outside near his service vehicle. However, that could be done easily.

The technician that showed up to repair our Dryers name is Thomas!.. he called 30 minutes prior to arriving and arrived on time just like he said he would!.. I answered the door. He had a big smile on his face, went straight downstairs and took the dryer apart, fixed some coils and some other technical stuff that needed to be fixed and did an amazing job. You could not even tell the dryer didn't work nor could you tell that a technician was here, he did an excellent job.!.. thanks again Thomas you're awesome! 10. Stars 10 thumbs up.!

Technician Justin I is kind, courteous and does his job in spite of Sears home services not sending all the parts he ordered all at one time. Today is November 12th 2025, and I scheduled an appointment October 17th. Sears, not the technician, is so irresponsible and inconsiderate to me and my family of 7 who need our appliance. I'm 85 years old!! This is so unacceptable. The technician is only doing his best with what is given to him to repair my appliance.
