Bad customer service

Over all bad experience. Javier didn't read previous reports from previous technician. We had to inform him to go back and read the notes from the previous technician. Previous technician order wrong part we was informed by Javier he was going to the van to call Warranty company! After waiting about 30min and seeing he was no longer outside. We reached out to the Warranty company to see what was going on only to find out Javier had canceled the work without a notice to us. Completely unacceptable.

Worse technician

This technician came on two separate occasions. The first evaluation blamed it on the vet tube being too full. I had to pay another professional to come clean it and take pictures that it was clean and did not require cleaning second visit technicians valuation was just to turn it on timer high temperature and disregard all the cycles for the different type of materials. Definitely not certified.

Didn't fix washer

The washer does not complete the wash cycle. Personally do not feel he knows what he is doing Do not want him ever to repair again in my home.

Washer

When he left he said I was" good to go " to do laundry. My washer is not draining and spinning properly on any cycle. Today was my 4th call to American Home Shield (my home warranty company) for this same appliance. One call was due to a no call/no show from Glenn. I can't continue taking off work from 8-5 every week to have my washer fixed. I am very dissatisfied with my experience with Sears at this time.

Your tech was the worse one that have ever been at my home. He didn't want to do the work. He lied about my have rode a in my home, it is not true. I have contacted the pest exterminator company that I had and all of them said that they have never found any rode a in my home. I have constantly had my home serviced by an extermintor companies. Plus he left my dishwasher where it can cause me to trip and fall. I had to go outside and ask him to come back and do what he needed to do to make it safe for me. I told him that he just can not leave the dishwasher like that. Then he came back inside and used a tape that did not work, then he asked me to put something against the dishwasher to hold it in place. He was very unprofessional, asking me to put something again it, which could cause me to fall and injury myself. At my age I can easily fall and I told him that, but he did not care. If sears doesn't do something this accident about to happen, then I will have to file a lawsuit against Sears. Choice warranty needs to make sure that sears does what they need to do to make sure that I am safe. That is the least that they can do.

Dishwasher

The repairman left before the cycle was done running. I went into the kitchen and there was water on the floor. I immediately called him but he said he was at his next appointment and he couldn't come back because the company doesn't want him to work after 5:00.

Washing machine repair

Technician said he was done with repair and was leaving. I asked him to please run the cycle to make sure washer was fixed. When it was to start agitating it only spun, and it agitated when it was supposed to spin!! He then ordered 7 more parts and I have to wait almost another 2 weeks for the next technician to replace them! All technicians should check the FULL cycle to be SURE the repair has been done correctly!
