Refrigerator STILL IS NOT WORKING!! Maid board was suppose to be changed but refrigerator is still not working

Washer Problem

Not good. He found nothing wrong. Ask him to try a different cycle but he said it shouldn't matter. He did say there was a broken suspension strap that was broke but said nothing about replacing it. Said three should be fine. After he left, my wife used the cycle I ask him to view. It made the sound again. I ended up buying a new washer. Guy told me later, that I would replace all suspension straps it would have been fine. Miss lead! Would not recommend your service again.

Sears technician Eddy

The technician was very rude both times he showed up. He did nothing the first time except order parts. He did not show up for 2 weeks of 4 appointments when expected. He left the place a mess with new parts all over the kitchen. He left abruptly without telling us right away when he discovered the problem so we could clean out the area. He left our house doors wide open.

After Sers rescheduled my appointment 4 times then your repair shows up late says he can't fix the dryer because he doesn't know the model number. Then he takes the ordered part a (dryer belt) with him. I will not be use your service again. No stars given.

The technician didn't use any voltammeter to test refrigerator Technician didn't attach refrigerator to electricity to check the circle Refrigerator has problem in electrical circle didn't start up chicken feathers Is not making any shortage in electricity circle because chicken feathers is not electrical conductor Also the refrigerator motor and thermostat does have cover and filter and the technician didn't check that or tested it Technician is just so harry take 3 minutes asking for payment before even start diagnosing and just take some pictures and leave Your technician need to go to school again

Walked out without finishing the job

Walked out without finishing the job. it was my washing machine the knob that changes your permanent press regular cycles with strep so he came in start working on it and then stopped and said I need three signatures. I asked him if he was finished I'd like to turn the knob. Went to my room to take a phone call and as I came back he had walked out the door. I went to check the washing machine the tablets have four I turn the knob to turn it on in the spark flu and now doesn't work at all. I'd like seats to reach out and have A competent service person come out and fix his washing machine or if they broke it replace it

Absolutely terrible

I first started having problems with my dryer two and a half months ago, it still doesn't work. Finally got approval to replace it three weeks ago and have not heard anything. I have called probably a dozen calls and get told the same thing that they need to have 48 more hours.

New timer knob

Could it be that I just needed a new timer knob and not a new timer? He replaced the whole timer and it stopped working again.

He came to install parts ordered by previous repairman. He diagnosed the problem different than previous repairman. However, the washer still leaks just as bad as before he installed the parts previously ordered, and adjusted whatever he thought was the problem.
