Washer keeps breaking and so does the dryer!
We have had our washer and dryer repeatedly fixed and they both continue to need repair. We have asked our technician to see if they can be replaced but he tells us he can only repair them. Who do we need to talk to to see if they can be replaced? The technician came and fixed the washer but didn't touch the dryer. He said there was no work order for it and didn't even offer to submit one! It takes 3 or 4 full cycles to dry one load of clothes!!!

Didn't take the time to diagnos the washer
He stated after 15 minutes of staring at the washer that everthing looked fine. I had to manually run the washer to show him that the wash gets stuck on wash and drains water before wash cycle was finished. They are taking advantage of consumers. 125.00 for 15 minutes!! What about taking the back off to see why it was draining. To actually find out what is wrong with the washer. Total scam. Report spam

Charles was not the issue
I waited two days two different appointments from 8 in the morning to nearly 7 the first appointment .then the second appointment I waited from 8 in the morning until 6 at night, your chat team was of no help whatsoever and Charles missed the repair issue the first time out causing me to go nearly three weeks without a washer. You should just state up front that this is going to cost upwards of three hundred dollars instead of playing with people. The washer washed 1 load last night and I am praying it continues to work this time.

Horrible Service
The technician did not check the refrigerator at all, he used a porter cable heating gun and melted the seal around the top of freezer door, and left. I wish I could attach a picture of the damage he has done!

Disaster Service
In the begining of November I called First American Home Warranty to open a sevice request on my Refri in the kitchen. The refrigwas freezing everything in the refrig and making a very loud noice coming from the back. Affordible Appliance came out and just vacuamed the back of the refrig. Immediately upon his departure the noice started up gain and the refri was still frezzing. I called AFHW again and they sent out Sears to analysis the problem. The tech replaced the freezing problem buy told us to receord the loud noise coming from the back. two days later we had a louder noise and it was recorded and sent to Sears. Sears came out again and stated the noise had to be sounding another to treat. Again immediately after the tech left we had an even louder noise. The noise has increased and it is coming from the compressor. This calamity of events has been going on now for 6 weeks. My tenant is very upset. All I want is what I paid for a good running Kitchen Refrig.

NO SERVICE WAS PROVIDED, AN ESTAMATE WAS GIVEN OF OVER 600.00 THE LABOR WAS OVER 300.00 MY DAUGHTER REPLACED THE PART ODRERED ONLINE COST OF 40.00 DELIVERED TO MY DOOR. IN 15 MINUTES. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS WHEN USINS SEARS, WOULD NOT RECOMMENED TO ANYONE!

Very dis satisfied
This issue has been going on now for 6 weeks. When Mike C came the first time he said the first thing that was wrong was the brand was a piece of junk. Then he said that the code he was getting was an unbalanced issue so he gave me specific instructions on what to do and I followed the instructions to the letter. Still not working. I have had to ring out 3 and 4 gallons of water because the machine stops during the wash and rinse cycles and will not even drain and spin properly. To tell me this washer for the second time is an unbalanced problem is completely unacceptable. I will be contacting the BBB , Sears corporation and my home warranty service. And the only reason I am giving a 1 star is because there is no 0 star to be able to submit.
