Service guys were great
The service guys were great. However the knob was late in arriving but was not needed to get the timer installed. It arrived shortly after he left and it is the wrong one. It is the one for the heat selection not for the cycle selection and timer please send the correct one and let me know this is being done

The tech was nice n polite. Don't like your schedule department ,parts don't come early enough before your next appointment and when the part comes you have to reschedule I've e had 6 appointments just to get my dryer fixed very unexpectedable

Dryer was fixed but I need a receipt. There was a faulty part, stuck operating thermostat was not replaced. He was able to get "unstuck" but I want hotpoint to send a new one so I need a receiptgor the work.

Alice, TXMY WASHER STILL DOES NOT WORK
ERNESTO WAS VERY NICE, ORDERED PARTS AND RETURNED TO FIX THE WASHER . UNFORTUNATELY I TRIED TO USE THE WASHER TODAY AND IT KEPT FILLING WITH WATER AND THEN EMPTYING, IT NEVER SPINS I HAD TO TURN THE WATER OFF TO THE WASHER AGAIN BECAUSE IT KEPT FILLING AND EMPTYING ALL AFTERNOON. IT NEVER SPIINS SO THAT I CAN PUT THE CLOTHES IN THE DRYER. ERNESTO NEEDS TO RETURN AND TRY ONCE AGAIN. I THINK THIS WASHER IS JUST A LEMON. IT NEVER HAS WORKED WELL. BY THE WAY MY HUSBAND JAMES HAS BEEN DECEASED FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS, I DON'T KNOW WHERE YOU GOT HIS NAME, I BOUGHT THE WASHER AND THE REPAIR PLAN. I'M SANDRA MCCOY

I am giving a rating of 3 due to the fact that he was supposed to be here a week ago. I waited all day (8-5). No one from AHS called or texted. The ordered parts sat in the packages on the basement floor for a week and a half. I think that Glen does good work but communication is lacking.

It is not acceptable to give a 9 hour window of service, requiring that people take a full day away from work to sit and wait. Also, you should leave a phone number in this new trend to online notifications. The do-it-yourself, online model is going to .push people to use smaller, more locale service companies, especially older people. The service man was great though!

The washer was not fixed. The tenant figured he was going to order a part for it, but she did not understand him well. Hopefully he will come back or we'll make another appointment so he can complete the job..
