Having Jeffery out is good and I do believe the process went faster having him come out. I'm still upset with the other tech that has been sent out I do believe the process could've gone faster if proper diag had been done first.

Technician completed the job in a timely manner. The only problem was the scheduling. The people scheduling need to see where the customers are and schedule the appointments so the times can be met. I had 8-12, but he didn't come till 2:30. Frustrating!

John was polite, professional and knowledgeable about the oven. He kept talking when I was telling him the plan we purchased from CHW. He did explain the process, in general. We were expecting a repair not a replacement. But due to the age of the unit we understand. We asked if Sears would be able to complete the process and he didn't know.

The Scott arrived and was professional in completing the repair. The problem I have is this was the third time my appointment was changed. The two previous time I waited all day and the serviceman never showed. The tracking showed he was not even close to my area. I think a specific time and date should be given to the customer and not this vague between 8:00 am till 5:00 p.m. I wasted two days waiting. In the future if I have a repair needed for my appliance, I will not call Sears--this will be the last company I solicited to do the job.
