The service was great the repair man found the problem and had piece order. He return for service of the new part to my dryer and repair time was great,repair man was knowledgeable and I'm happy it's fixed

The service man arrived. Refrigerator not making thd noise I called about. He vacuumed the fan, checked the barring, lubricant applied and said record the noise if it happens again. No other actions taken. Done good. Nice man.

Conrad was able to get my refrigerator running again without any added parts! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Friendly. I was disappointed that he had to be later than my appointment time. I blame the schedule department for that!!! I will be requesting Conrad if I need anything repaired again!!
