Duane was great. Your company however leaves a lot to be desired. Get rid of the AI customer service. WE WANT YO SPEAK TO A REAL PERSON. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY TO ANYONE AND WARN THEM NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU.

Jimmy was great communicating he was on his way with pretty exact time of arrival. Jimmy arrived on time BUT came to repair my dishwasher but I needed my new dishwasher installed. This was the 3rd time SEARS came to either repair my old dishwasher (which they could not) and now this visit to install my new dishwasher. I have been without a dishwasher since July 2025.

The refrigerator was repaired today in a matter of 15 minutes and the technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job. What I am not happy about is that it has taken since October to get it fixed because of cancellation of appointments by Sears. Having a chair in front of the refrigerator door so it stays closed for 4 months was inconvenient and frustrating.
