It took almost 2 months from the day we first called to finally get our oven fixed. The 1st appointment was fine and technician evaluated problem and ordered part. For the second and third appointments we sat home from 8-5 with no communication from anyone. Finally after numerous phone calls from us, a 4th appointment was scheduled and the technician came and completed work. Not impressed with this company—overrated.

Tandy does a excellent job when servicing my dryer. He makes the customer aware of the nature of the problem and the appropriate fix. I prefer Tandy service my dryer or washer because of his work ethic. He leaves the customer feeling confident that the problem is solved.
