The service technician did a great job. He was awesome. He came out 2×1st order parts then second to put them in. However the setting up of the appointments was a nightmare. It took me almost 3 months to get my refrigerators fixed.

The people are generally great. If you get someone that really wants to fix your appliance it's a good deal, but some guys just order every part they can because they don't want to properly diagnose it. The biggest problem is lining up parts and people. No one ever shows up with parts they can use so they have to order them which means a minimum of two visits and sometimes those visits are weeks apart
