Hannet is the 4th tech for my dish washer. He fixed the issue with the solenoid. The timer was was worked on by another tech last week. Hannet left, and advised me to clean the dish washer. When I tried to run it, and it did not work properly - I called him and he came back and fixed it!! Turns out prevoius tech did not install timer correctly. I very much appreciate Hannet's hard work.
