Great experience
Desmond was great at communicating his arrival and to explain costs. He quickly diagnosed the issue and made suggestions on how to fix with limited costs and no extra charges aside from those standard for visits. Too often technicians try to sell additional services, but Desmond was honest and made the fix simple.

Hannet is the 4th tech for my dish washer. He fixed the issue with the solenoid. The timer was was worked on by another tech last week. Hannet left, and advised me to clean the dish washer. When I tried to run it, and it did not work properly - I called him and he came back and fixed it!! Turns out prevoius tech did not install timer correctly. I very much appreciate Hannet's hard work.
